Terms of use
Draft under legal review. This text is provisional and may change before Tripula launches. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
These terms govern the use of the Tripula website and platform, provided by Be Talent Tech LTDA, registered under CNPJ 04.600.221/0001-51. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
1. What Tripula is
Tripula is a cloud development environment for coding agents: each account gets isolated virtual machines where agents such as Claude Code and Codex work on the customer's code, with tools to follow, review and deliver what they did.
Agents run on the subscription the user holds with the model provider (for example, Anthropic or OpenAI). Use of those services is governed by the respective provider's terms, and Tripula neither resells nor charges for model usage.
2. Closed beta
During the closed beta, Tripula is offered free of charge, only to invited customers. Access is by invitation and may end when the beta ends or if these terms are breached.
During the beta there is no availability guarantee or service level agreement (SLA), and features may change, be limited or be removed. Keep your code in your own git repository too.
Billing only starts with prior notice and the customer's express acceptance of a plan. Without that acceptance, nothing is charged.
3. Account and access
To use the platform you must create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your access credentials and for everything done with them, including by people you invite to your machines.
Company accounts may have different roles (owner, billing, lead, dev, viewer). Whoever administers the organization is responsible for the permissions they grant.
4. Acceptable use
Machines are for software development. What is not allowed (cryptocurrency mining, spam, attacks, scanning third-party systems, illegal content, infringing rights, circumventing limits, reselling machines, among others), fair use of resources and how suspension and appeals work are set out in the Acceptable use policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Customer code and data
The code, data and files you put on the machines remain yours. Tripula does not use this content to train AI models and does not read it beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
For metrics, the platform records usage events (stages, timings, Quality counts), without the content of the code. Details in the Privacy Policy.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
Plans, prices, resource allowances and payment methods are those published on the website at the time of purchase. Solo is for one person; Team is for 3 to 10 developers; above 10 developers, the Enterprise plan, with price and conditions set by contract.
Payment is by credit card. The annual plan is charged once, up front; the monthly plan has no commitment and is charged every month. Usage beyond the allowance is billed on the next invoice, according to the current price table and up to the cap set by the customer.
All plans include a 7-day right of withdrawal from the first charge, with a full refund. Cancellation is done from the panel and takes effect at the end of the paid period. The proportional refund of the annual plan, late payment and what happens to machines and data after cancellation are set out in the Cancellation and refund policy.
7. Availability and liability
Tripula strives to keep the platform available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI agents can make mistakes: review what they produce before taking it to production.
To the extent permitted by law, Tripula's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes and jurisdiction
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced by email or in the panel with reasonable notice.
The courts of Pelotas/RS are chosen to settle matters related to these terms, under Brazilian law.
